pkluc Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you") and pkluc ("pkluc", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the pkluc website at pkluc.club, including all games, services, and features offered on the platform. By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing pkluc in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using pkluc immediately. pkluc reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. 3. Account Registration and Verification

To access the full range of pkluc services, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to all account registration and account management on pkluc:

1. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) pkluc account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances or winnings may be forfeited without notice.
2. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
3. pkluc reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Your account may be suspended pending verification. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in permanent account closure.
4. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify pkluc customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation. pkluc is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.
5. pkluc accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow any other person to access or use your account. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate closure of all accounts involved and forfeiture of associated funds.

pkluc reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any player account at its sole discretion, including where pkluc reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that may harm the platform or other players. Where an account is closed for a breach, pkluc is not obligated to return funds held in the account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

pkluc supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on pkluc:

1. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method and account verification status.
2. All funds deposited to your pkluc account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not accepted and may be returned. Associated accounts may be reviewed or suspended.
3. Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified payment method belonging to the account holder. pkluc reserves the right to carry out identity and payment verification before processing any withdrawal request. Verification documents must be submitted within any specified deadline.
4. pkluc does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals on its side. However, your payment provider — for example bKash or Nagad — may apply their own transaction charges. pkluc is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment processors.
5. pkluc reserves the right to delay, decline, or reverse a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a pending KYC verification requirement, an outstanding wagering requirement on a bonus, or any other circumstance that pkluc determines warrants further review.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

2. Colluding with other players, coordinating betting patterns to manipulate outcomes, or engaging in any form of match-fixing or sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on pkluc.
3. Using funds of illegal origin to make deposits on pkluc, or using the platform in any manner that constitutes or facilitates money laundering or any other financial crime under applicable law.
4. Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or system malfunction on the pkluc platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
5. Opening or operating multiple accounts for any purpose, including to circumvent a self-exclusion, to claim a bonus more than once, or to avoid account-level restrictions imposed by pkluc.

Where pkluc identifies or reasonably suspects prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to void bets, withhold withdrawals, close accounts, and recover any funds obtained through the prohibited activity, without liability to the player concerned.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the pkluc platform, including software, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and the overall design and compilation of the platform, is the property of pkluc or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. pkluc does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of pkluc is entirely at your own risk. pkluc makes no warranty as to the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the platform.

10. Amendments to These Terms

pkluc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on the pkluc website with a revised last-updated date. Your continued use of pkluc following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
